Azhic is an Industry Adviser to Time Partners. Azhic has more than 35 years’ experience of advising corporations and families on a wide range of transactions and strategic issues. He had spent 30 years at Smith & Williamson in a variety of senior roles including as Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets and Head of Corporate Finance.

His early career was spent in Corporate Finance with Kleinwort Benson, a UK Merchant Bank, before joining Smith & Williamson. His experience spans advising both public and private companies with respect to capital raisings, M&A, project finance and strategic advisory roles. He has specific expertise in technology, real estate, infrastructure, investment funds, transportation, and resources sectors.

He also has significant experience of cross-border M&A transactions and fundraisings. He has a doctoral degree from Oxford University and a B.Sc. from Imperial College, London.
