Carl is an Industry Adviser to Time Partners and has more than 35 years of international investment banking experience.

Carl has worked in Los Angeles, New York, Monaco, Luxembourg, London and Stockholm and is has mainly focused on Private Equity, Asset Management, Financial Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions.

He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Finance at Enskilda Securities, Inc., a registered Broker Dealer in New York, a previously wholly owned subsidiary of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, SEB, in Sweden.

In New York he was also responsible for the M&A Alliance with The Blackstone Group, as a Senior Managing Director, SMD. Prior to that, he was a Director & Executive for more than 20 years at Enskilda Securities, the previous investment banking division of SEB. He started his career as a Credit Analyst with Hambros Bank Ltd. in London.

He has a Master of Law (L.L.M. – Jur.kand.) from Stockholm University, and a B.Sc.BA, Ec. (DHS – Civilekonom) from Stockholm School of Economics.
