Jenny joined the Board of Time Partners in 2025.

Jenny is a qualified accountant who started her private equity career in the Legal and General Venture Capital team before spending seven years as Investment Director at Vencap International. In 1998 Jenny co-founded Altius Associates, a private markets advisory business and, as Co-CEO led the company through to its sale in 2016. Staying with the business, she worked in the leadership team of the acquiring company before being a key player in the strategic team who sold the combined businesses to Marsh McLennan in 2018.

Since completing the integration of the company to MMc in November 2019 Jenny has undertaken a Diploma in Coach Mentoring and has spent over three years managing member relationships for The Diversity Project UK. She is a vice-chair for the Adopt Thames Valley adoption panel and Trustee and Treasurer for the Royal Bath & West of England Society, the oldest Agricultural Society in the country.
