Joanna leads the investment advisory practice, advising major families and institutional investors on their long-term private capital programmes; Joanna & her team advise families and wealth managers across the world on private market investing. Joanna leads on global fund sourcing and selection, tracking and negotiating access to the world’s leading private capital managers across a range of strategies, including impact investing. In addition, she oversees all processes, including investment platform structuring, due diligence, investment execution and client reporting.
Joanna has over 20 years of experience in private equity and banking. Prior to Time Partners, Joanna was Director, Fundraising & IR at Advent International, one of the leading global private equity managers. Joanna began her career in the Equity Capital Markets division of HSBC Investment Bank, where she worked in equity syndication and then the execution team, focusing on the structuring and issuance of equity and equity-linked products for EMEA governments and corporates. She then moved to NM Rothschild’s ECM JV with ABN AMRO, where she was Assistant Director in the telecoms team, working on EMEA privatisations and corporate capital raisings.
Joanna graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Politics.
