Jochen Zeitz

Jochen Zeitz is the President and CEO of Harley-Davidson, and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Previously Jochen served 18 years as CEO at PUMA, which he brought from near-bankruptcy to a top three global brand (growing share price by 4000%). Here, he conceived the ‘Environmental Profit and Loss’ measure which applies monetary values to impacts across a business’s supply chain, positioning PUMA at the forefront of the new paradigm of corporate social and environmental sustainability. Since then, he has become one of the world’s foremost sustainability leaders. As Co-Founder of The B Team and Zeitz MOCAA, Owner of Segera Conservancy, and Founder of Zeitz Foundation and The Long Run, Zeitz supports sustainable solutions which balance conservation, community, culture and commerce (4Cs).

Zeitz also serves on the Board of KWS and Cranemere, he has co-written two books and amongst other accolades, he has been awarded the Cross of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
