Rae Azuma is Head of People at Time Partners. She has worked at investment banks for 20 years in fixed income and human resources in New York and Tokyo. Rae is an HR practitioner with extensive experience in aligning people management to business goals by enhancing employee engagement, creating effective HR strategies, coaching leadership teams, and focusing on talent management. Previously, Rae was an Executive Director in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley where she led the HR Coverage team in Japan.

Rae holds an M.B.A. from New York University, Leonard Stern School of Business, and an MSc in Psychology from University of Liverpool.
