Stefano is a Director of Time Partners.

He brings over 40 years of international experience in capital markets and global wealth management.

In addition to his role at Time Partners, Stefano serves as an independent board member, advising an international private bank, independent asset management firms, a financial engineering company and a global fashion brand.

Over the course of his career, he has also educated and coached fair-trade boards, NGOs, and senior bank executives.

From 2014 to 2022, Stefano was Group Managing Director at UBS AG, where he successfully built, managed, and restructured large businesses across multiple jurisdictions. He spearheaded the creation of the Global Established Markets Ultra High Net Worth business and led the reorganization of the European Wealth Management division through a major industry transition.

In 2015, he redefined Global Forex distribution for wealth management and took charge of the Global Financial Intermediary (External Asset Managers) business, achieving exceptional growth in both scale and profitability.

Stefano completed an advanced Management Programme at Columbia Business School.
