Mercedes Franzini is a Managing Director in the Time Strategic Advisory team, leading the M&A business.

Mercedes has over 20 years experience in M&A and private markets transactions. She started in Investment Banking (10+ years) sourcing and executing M&A transactions in Latin America, the US, and Europe.

Mercedes has worked for several family offices over the past 10+ years, sourcing, structuring and negotiating private markets transactions for the different families. In general, targeting significant equity stakes (sometimes structured), with global mandates, industry agnostic.

Previously Mercedes was a Direct Investments Partner at Kew Capital and an M&A Director at Credit Suisse. Mercedes has a degree in Economics from the University of San Andrés.
